Plea for Justice | Reviews

Liz Lazarus is quickly becoming the master of the psychological thriller. Much like her first work, Free of Malice, I felt as if I were inhaled into the plot from the opening paragraphs. The characters’ personalities unwind through twists, turns, and flashbacks, gripping the reader as if you are a part of the ride. Don't pick this book up expecting to put it down before you finish.

Plea for Justice is truly a gripping read. A powerful and realistic trip into the heart of our criminal justice system and a superb introduction into firearms training.

Lt. Col. Dave Grossman, author of On Combat, On Killing and Assassination Generation

The blend of psychological inspection, legal process, and complex, revolving relationships is just right in a mystery that percolates with a satisfying blend of investigative action and thought-provoking revelations from start to finish.

The most impressive thing about Liz Lazarus is that not only has she written a good and suspenseful story, but that the law in the book is well researched and correct. You will be entertained and you just might learn a few new things about the law and the role of paralegals in our judicial process.

Masterful! No one can take you on a journey of suspense and empowerment like Liz Lazarus. I was riveted, inspired and literally captivated by every page.
